We take the stewardship of your customer data seriously. This summary outlines how information is collected, stored, and processed across the WhatsApp automation stack.

Data Collection

We only store the data required to provision subscriptions (account details, package selections, message counts). WhatsApp payloads are proxied and never persisted beyond delivery logs.

Usage & Retention

Subscription metadata is retained while an account is active so we can surface analytics and provide compliance exports. You can request deletion at any time and data will be purged within 30 days.

Security

All dashboards enforce MFA-ready authentication, audit logging, and role-based access. Secrets rest in encrypted storage and all network traffic is TLS 1.2+.
